TDLR Approved Cosmetology Continuing Education

Welcome to the Cosmetology Edu Classes continuing education course designed for any licensed cosmetologists employed within the State of Texas. These courses are for any cosmetologist who needs to obtain continuing education credits in order to meet State of Texas TDLR continuing ed requirements; this may include Hairstylists, Manicurists (Nail Technicians), Estheticians, Licensed Specialists, or any individual who desires training. All courses have been approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and have been designed for those who want the best training in the least amount of time.

This course is self-paced. At any given point, users may stop or start the training material. When ready, come back to this site and log in with your username and password.

Please Note: The CE Credit Hours courses offered by CEC are for licensees with licenses expiring after September 1, 2012.

PLEASE NOTE: Total course cost includes course fee plus the State of Texas continuing education registration fee of $5. Your continuing education credits will be reported with the State of Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) within five business days after completing the course.

Cosmetology Edu Classes - Continuing Education

These courses are designed to help you and/or your business succeed. With this goal in mind, our comprehensive course packages assist in developing and insuring your sanitation policies and procedures, as well as reinforcing your salon management practices.

Once you have completed a course package, we will report your Texas Cosmetology CE hours to the TDLR. You will then be notified via email that you can log in and print your Texas Cosmetology CE Certificate of Completion.

Reporting CE Hours

Once you have completed the course package, we will report your Texas Cosmetology Continuing Education hours to TDLR within one to five business days. To check the completion of the course you can do so by accessing the TDLR website.

Cosmetologist License Renewal Information

Renewal and any payment of license renewal fee are the responsibility of the license holder. More information is available through the TDLR web site or you may contact the TDLR regarding your license at (800) 803-9202.

CE Program Approval
